Copy & paste

The path shown is the actual detected directory

The installer passes the folder it found for Exact Audio Copy. This page appends the correct executable name for the selected encoder, so the Program, including path field can be copied directly into EAC.

The installer uses a URL fragment such as #path=.... Browsers do not send URL fragments in the HTTP request, so the Windows path is not included in normal web-server access logs.
